HOW IT WORKS

We represent real estate investors who focus primarily on vacant land.

You may have received some type of correspondence or offer for your property…if so, please follow the instructions or contact us if you have questions.

If you have not received mail from us and would like to sell your land please fill out the form below and we will make you an  offer.

Either way, we will implement a simple three step process:

1) We will agree on a cash price for your property.
2) We send a notary to your home, office or coffee shop near you with a Cashier’s check  in the amount of the price we have agreed upon.
3) You cash the Cashier’s check (as good as cash).

In some cases we will purchase the property through escrow and obtain title insurance. In this case, the process is generally the same but takes a few weeks longer. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.
